University Courses

All parapsychologists have obtained a qualification in another discipline (e.g. psychology). There are a number of possible reasons for this. The main one is that there are no recognised university undergraduate degrees in Parapsychology anywhere in the world. There are a few universities that offer parapsychology modules, normally in the final year.

In the UK, you can attend parapsychology classes at the following institutions:

   •  Liverpool Hope University
   •  Goldsmiths – University of London
   •  Coventry University
   •  Edinburgh University
   •  University College Northampton

Syllabus

There are many different topics that may be covered in a parapsychology module. An example of a parapsychology module delivered in a university setting is the 3rd year Parapsychology module that I jointly run with Dr. Matthew Smith at Liverpool Hope University.

To give you an idea of the sorts of topics that may be covered I have put here a possible timetable from the module together with some example lecture presentations that I deliver.
